It's not easy to find a meeting place that's going to be convenient for everyone. D/FW is a huge area, I live in Lakewood, in east central Dallas between White Rock Lake and Highland Park, but I have clients and friends and family all over D/FW, and I enjoy driving my car  If we were to meet in the most central location, I guess that would be somewhere around Six Flags.

Plano and Mckinney are not far for me, and I am there a lot of the time anyway for Real Estate work. I have clients(buyers and sellers) and listings in the area, including a really cute two bedroom condo at Parker and Independence right now for just $80K !!! Would be a wonderful investment rental property, especially with the low interest rates now, the owners are motivated sellers, who want to buy a nice house in the central Plano area as soon the condo is under contract.

If I am not there, please don't wait up, I have not got the clear mask installed yet as planned, the past few weeks have just gone by so quickly, and I am a bit conerned about rock chips. It also looks like I will be a bit busy with a couple of clients as I am still in the middle of negotiating offers for them.
