You could try the Autoscope on Oates and Ferguson in East Dallas. Raffi is brother to Nerces, 214-320-8280 and ask for Raffi.

Spoke with Autoscope in Plano today, seems they don't roll fenders any more (or at least not on the e46). Apparently they've had too many problems with paint cracking so they recommended having a body shop trim the lip back and seal the paint.
