| Just saw a red hatchback on I-35E southbound across from the AAC. Couldn't see the plates, but it looked better than the pictures I've seen. Sure wish I wasn't going to get forced into buying a Mazda Speed3 or A3. The original plan was to supercharg an E46 touring. But, that requires me to buy a LSD too and the numbers add up quickly. I guess I might just keep the wife's 528it and do the supercharge/LSD on it. I'm going to go ahead and imagine this was a BMW test mule (why they'd need one I can't imagine) instead of a Mexican car. OK? Trent

What about getting a 335i Touring? I know one is in the making, just not sure the U.S. will ever get one. That would be my dream car.

adwriter73 (6/10/2008) What about getting a 335i Touring? I know one is in the making, just not sure the U.S. will ever get one. That would be my dream car. Seems there is a consideral number of people that do go for a touring. Personally I don't get it but that's good for those of you that do. Can anyone explain the attraction to me?

Because those of us with small kids like the space of a wagon but don't like driving SUVs.
I saw the coolest 325iT at Buttonwillow this weekend. It had BBS wheels, lowered, M3 front clip, E46 M3 gauges, ZHP steering wheel, etc. Super nice. Not the cheap way to get a wagon, but uber cool for a wagon.

| Thomas, The M3t is cool, but $65k?!!. You could have 300hp (supercharged 325it), a LSD, and any suspension you want for the car plus $9k (if DIY). Hell for $65k you could have a E55 kompressor wagon (way sexy) or a E34 M5t, track car and cash left over for tires. Trent
